Do not give into the worlds stereotype of who they say you are to be

Because you’re not a certain color they tell you that you are unable to wear the many jewels God has given you

They try and tell you that you must marry a certain kind of man

You shall go to no man but to the man that God gives to you

You are so precious in Gods sight

Do not let the devil tell you otherwise

Get him under your feet

It is now time for you to go the way which I have ordered your steps to go…

We have all been down the path

to which death leads

The devil trying to plant seeds

in our minds feeding us lies

Telling us we can never be enough

That we will never be what God calls us to be

But don’t forget we have been set free

by our king, our Lord, our Savior, Jesus

The devil will try and tell you that you don’t have what it takes

But with God we can accomplish all things in His name

Don’t listen to the lies of the serpent

I beg of you to listen

I have been there,

I’ve felt the pain, I’ve been there each and every night

Wanting to just let go of life all together

But its not worth it

I promise you this

You will never truly understand your beauty that the Lord sees in you

until you let Him in and let Him love you

Let Him in, He loves you more than any man could ever love

It’s a pure and true kind of love

No lust, no condemnation, no bitter words, no hatred.

It is Gods love that ultimately sets you free.

I feel satan creeping, looking for his own reaping…of a harvest for himself

But it’s not his to take, cause you see his home is in a big lake

Of fire and brimestone, all alone

With those whom he has lied to, if they only knew that satan is a liar, murder, and stealer…he’s not that good of a dealer

Trying to get them to come to the dark side, and take a ride.. down to hell with him

I fight tooth and limb to stay afloat, in this war called life, yes there’s strife 

But I’m not gonna let it get me down, Im standing strong on God’s word, havent you heard?

It’s the only thing that will save you, Yeshuas name, thas who.

No other name has the authority to cast out demons, make waters still.

It’s all true. What I need satan will NEVER be able to offer me.

Yeshuas the one who died on the cross for me, so that I may be anything that God wants me to be.

You see, satans game is far from tame

But in the end, he doesnt win, thats why he tries too hard to steal all the souls he can to take down with him

Since his eternal life has been taken from him forever, he will never be given the chance to have what God has for us.

Let us praise God, give him a head nod, and say thank you Yeshua, for all you did so that we may live eternally and win this battle against satan

A dark and eerie silence will come over the world

When it does it will send the world into chaos

They will search for what is right and wrong

They will remember tales of who can save

But they will not be able to humble themselves to there knees

And come to Jesus

There prized possessions have conquered them

They have not taken in account what sins they have committed

They have all forgotten, forsaken their one true love…

JESUS

He sent His Son down for each and every one of us

And at times when chaos surrounded us we called out to Him by name

Father, Father

But only to let Him go once He took the pain away

But this time it will be something deeper and greater than all the times before

Because there will be a man who calls himself His son

This antichrist has come to rule the world

This is no fairytale story that won’t ever come true

This is no wives tale, or gossip on page six

This is the truth

There will come a day

Oh so very soon a day when darkness will infiltrate the land

And all will search for something greater, something of worth

But they will not find it

So they will fall on there knees to this man

“My children,” Jesus says, “I am here to say PREPARE.

I am preparing you all for something bigger, something greater

My people need me,”

The harvest is there, it is ours to take

The time will come oh so soon. Oh so very soon

Do not try and rush His timing in anything He does in your life.

You are in PREPERATION. Do you hear Him when He says that word PREPERATION?

It does not mean go out and fight. It means sit with me and listen to the words I have to speak to you.

It means sit down at your bedside and read the Word, let His angels counsel you in the things to come.

Do not put your trust in any man or woman, for they can and will disappoint you all.

For they are made of flesh.

So walk not in the flesh, but in the Spirit.

Walk towards Him, the Light.

Let His fire reign down upon us and make us whole again.

It is time.

Screaming… Where are you Lord?

Why have you forsaken me?

But You’re there, holding them in Your arms

Their eyes are covered

The enemy has put a veil, a blindfold over them

They cannot feel or see Your love.

Faithfully You stay, holding them nonetheless.

SIMPLY because You love them.

We struggle, and are heartbroken.

The enemy has come to destroy,

But You Jesus, came to love!

Cleanse us, we need Your love

I fall to my knees, I have no strength without You

Its Your heart that I seek, I want to know You

I need You so much closer

Oh Father, If only they knew of Your love.

Show them Your love

Move them like You moved me.

I cry out Lord, take off their blindfolds

Show them the Light

Show them Your love!

I’m a Holy Ghost woman

You say you never heard of such a thing

It means I don’t care about that big ring

It means instead of getting down in the clubs

At night you will find me on my knees praying for you

And in the morning I’ll be singing my Saviors’ praises

And in the afternoon I’ll be sitting down reading the Word

Cause that’s the food that I need

I’m not gonna look at you if you got your shirt off and start yelling my way, it doesn’t matter what you say

I’m not here to sing songs about puppy dog love and lust for some man

I was always looking and searching for what I thought I needed

I thought I knew what I was doing

But then one day I let it all go, that’s what I’m here to show

Girls, I gotta tell you its not about the sex, money and body

Stop trying to live up to the world’s expectations

It’s about what your Lord and Savior wants

That void, only He can fill it

I’m writing to the girls in their rooms that wrap there arms around them and scream out for someone to help them

Late at night when the world seems so still but inside your mind your going crazy.

I don’t ever wanna see the devil take another girl like he tried to take me

Please you gotta listen up

I stand up only for one thing

And that’s my Lord and King

Cause He’s the only thing that filled me up

I listened to the lies

All lies straight from hell

My past is not my future

I now stand up strong, I’m a woman of God

He grants me with the patience, love, and grace that I need to live

He surrounds me with angels, and His love so that I may get the Word out that He is the only thing that will make you complete.

Hey!  Chapel is the youth ministry of The Valley Church and we love Jesus. I mean, He’s kind of like the biggest deal…EVER! From conception, Chapel has had the heart to reach this generation with the love and hope of our Savior. We have seen some pretty amazing things over the last year and half and God is moving in mighty ways throughout our city and region. We’re are STOKED to see what else God’s going to do!

The purpose of this blog is to continue reaching young people and point them to the hope found in Jesus. At Chapel, we have some pretty incredible students with much to say about their heart and burden for their friends and family. So, thats what this is!  A chance for young people to reach young people. An opportunity for our students to share their great gift of writing while communicating the power of the cross.

Get ready…you’re about to be impressed!!
